The Control Panel (Helm)
The control panel us used to manage most aspects of your account, from adding new packages and domain, to billing and extra features.
You will need your account reference (starts EFH) and control panel password to login.
Webmail
The webmail can be used for sending and receiving email through a Web Browser, without the need for a seperate email program.
As there are two systems, the easiest way to use the webmail is by entering mail.mydomain.com into a browser (ensuring you replace mydomain.com with your actual domain name). Or you can use the links below to access the web mail.
In general Mail 2 is used by newer customers and Mail 3 by older customers. You will need your email address and email password to login.

Statistics
SmarterStats can be managed from here, you can install Statistics through the control panel.
You will need your site ID, user name and password (specific to the SmarterStats software)

MySQL Administration
This is a tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the Web. Currently it can create and drop databases, create/drop/alter tables, delete/edit/add fields, execute any SQL statement, manage keys on fields
To login you will need your database name, database server, user name & password.
