Transferring a .com/net/org/biz/info domain name away from Eurofasthost.com

To transfer a .com/net/org/biz/info domain name away from Eurofasthost.com, please follow the steps below:

  1. You can either fax us on +44 1430 423982 on a company letterhead, or email us (support@eurofasthost.com) from the address we have listed as a contact in your control panel. The email/fax neeeds to state the domain name and request it is unlocked ready for transfer away.
  2. Contact your new provider and they can arrange the transfer from there.
  3. If you are moving hosting too, don't forget to contact us once you have removed and/or backed up any site files or emails you may need, to close the account fully if required. (Simply transferring a domain to a different registrar DOES NOT close an account).
