All emails coming in through our mail servers and sent out via our mail servers are virus scanned. Any emails found to contain a virus are immediately deleted. So you can be confident that inbound emails and those you send to your customers and suppliers are safe. And, because all outbound mail is scanned as well, you can be reassured that should you contract a virus from another source (e.g. a malicious web page or email from an alternative supplier) you wont then pass that virus onto others.
Virus definitions are updated automatically by our systems every few hours so any new virus threats are detected and stopped before they become widespread. All of this happens automatically with no need for any intervention by you. For full peace of mind, however, we do recommend that you keep your own virus protection enabled and up to date.
